Laurier Macdonald High School (LMAC) participates in the GMAA-RSEQ (Greater Montreal Athletic Association) interscholastic sports league. With the seasonal teams available, gender and the age catgories, LMAC enters about 40 to 60 teams per year. The school has won many championships over the years and is quite competitive in all sports.
