Save the date! The Annual Education and Career Fair will take place on October 21

The annual English Montreal School Board (EMSB) Education and Career Fair provides Secondary V students and their parents with an excellent opportunity to explore post-secondary education and career pathways. Organized by the EMSB Student Services and Educational Services Departments in partnership with the Adult Education and Vocational Services (AEVS) Sector, the fair brings together representatives from vocational training centres, CEGEPs, universities, and private colleges under one roof.

Students will have the opportunity to visit information kiosks, speak directly with exhibitors, and learn about the many educational options available after high school. The event is designed to help students make informed decisions about their future studies and career goals.

The 2026 EMSB Education and Career Fair Open House will take place on Wednesday, October 21, from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at St. Pius X Career Centre, located at 9955 Papineau Boulevard North in Ahuntsic.

Students currently in Grades 9, 10, and 11, along with their parents, are strongly encouraged to attend. The fair offers a convenient, one-stop opportunity to gather information about CEGEP programs, vocational training, private colleges, and university studies. Many parents have found this event especially helpful in comparing options and planning future campus visits and open houses.

Admission is free, and complimentary parking is available in the rear lot off Sauriol Avenue. Centrally located and accessible to families across the EMSB network, the event continues to be a valuable resource for students preparing for their next educational step.
