Barry Morgan recently visited the St. Pius X Culinary Institute in Ahuntsic for the EMSB podcast and sat down with Chef/Instructor Derek Curzi and one of his students, John Alea.
Derek is a former student at the Institute and also studied cooking in Belgium. He discusses the program, how long it lasts and what it takes to become a chef.
John will soon be graduating from the program and he talks about what he has learned at the St Pius X Culinary Institute.
